The film

The film also called cinema. The cinema means moving picture. It is the abbreviation of cinematography. The moving pictures are shown on a white screen. There are real scenes on some pictures and artificial in others.
The cinema was invited by the French scientist Lumiere. formely moving pictures were
silent. We could only see the activities of actor and actress. But now cinematography has been
much improved. We can now hear their sound also. The pictures which produce sounds are called
talkies. The silent pictures are called 'movies'
There two kinds of films. They are feature and documentary. Feature films are along but documentary films are short. The former are meant for entertainment only wheres the leter
are meant for education.
